Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

These are the terms of service you agree to when you subscribe to and/or use the services of VPN for Android.

Please note that in this agreement, the term “You” refers to you as the Subscriber/User, and the terms “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refer to VPN for Android, its operators, contributors, infrastructure engineers, and legal entities.

As a subscriber of our services, you agree that:
  1. You will not use our service to hack, disrupt, or launch attacks against other computers, devices, or networks across the internet.

  2. You will not use our service to perform unauthorized network port scanning, vulnerability probing, or running open proxy scanners.

  3. You will not use our service to transmit or host malicious payloads, worms, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.

  4. You will not use our service to attack, flood, or compromise our VPN servers, relays, or network infrastructure.

  5. You will not use our service for distributing or receiving pirated copyright materials where prohibited by applicable laws.

  6. You will not use our service to distribute unsolicited bulk data, including unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM), mass automated marketing messages, or abusive messaging.

  7. You will not use our service to engage in any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or severe digital exploitation. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance stance against child exploitation.

  8. You will not use our service for financial fraud, including transacting with stolen payment cards, unauthorized electronic funds transfers, or stolen payment accounts.

  9. You will not use our service to deploy phishing schemes, credential harvesting sites, or impersonation campaigns.

  10. You will not promote, finance, or coordinate violent extremist or terrorist activities through our tunnels.

  11. You will not use our services to stalk, threaten, harass, or endanger the physical safety of others.

  12. You will not execute resource-abusive automated scripts designed to degrade network bandwidth or exhaust tunnel capacity for other concurrent users.

  13. You will not distribute your private Account ID to unauthorized parties. You remain accountable for the session states initiated under your account credentials.

  14. You agree not to settle subscription invoices using fraudulent payment mechanisms or stolen instruments.

  15. You will not resell, sub-lease, or redistribute VPN for Android access tokens without express written authorization.

  16. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  17. We do not warrant unbroken uptime or specific throughput transfer rates across third-party transit routes, as packet latency depends heavily on local ISP routing conditions.

  18. We are not liable for any business interruptions, loss of profits, or data loss incurred in connection with the operation or unavailability of our gateway relays.

  19. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the aggregate payment amount remitted by the customer during the current subscription billing period.

  20. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted openly on our website. Continued use of the VPN for Android network following updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

The core mission of our platform is to safeguard privacy and resist mass surveillance. We do not tolerate malicious exploitation of our infrastructure.

Violation of these binding terms will result in immediate account termination without refund or credit.
