VPN for Android strives to meet the expectations of all users and offers dedicated support to help resolve any technical difficulties you may encounter.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. This 30-day money-back guarantee is available once per account and per customer.

To initiate a refund request, provide the required details below to [email protected] for your chosen payment method:

Credit Card

• Your VPN for Android Account safe reference (XXXXXXXX) or the Account ID (e.g. i-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

If you do not remember your account identifier, provide the first 6 digits of the card number, the last 4 digits of the card number, the transaction date, and the exact amount paid.

PayPal

• Your VPN for Android Account safe reference (XXXXXXXX) or Account ID (i-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

If you do not remember your account details, provide your PayPal account email address and the PayPal transaction ID associated with the purchase.

Bitcoin and Monero

• Your VPN for Android Account safe reference (XXXXXXXX) or Account ID (i-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

• Your destination Bitcoin or Monero wallet address to receive the refund.

If you do not remember your account details, provide the transaction hash / ID for your crypto payment, the payment timestamp, and the amount paid.

Please note: Micro-tier trial packages or special promotional passes are non-refundable.

Android In-App Purchase

• Your VPN for Android Account safe reference (XXXXXXXX) or Account ID (i-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

• Google Play Store transaction order ID starting with GPA..

iOS In-App Purchase

App Store purchases are processed directly by Apple through their customer account billing management. Inquiries for iOS purchases must be requested directly through Apple Support.

Cash and Vouchers

Due to the anonymous nature of cash remittances and voucher redemptions, cash and physical voucher payments are strictly non-refundable.
