Where legally permissible, VPN for Android will notify affected account holders when their account identifier is subject to third-party legal requests, unless prohibited by a valid non-disclosure order or gag order issued by a competent court.

Customer Records

VPN for Android requires no personally identifiable information (no email address, no phone number, no real name, no physical address) during account registration. Subscribers authenticate using a randomly generated 16-character alphanumeric Account ID.

If an account was funded through a third-party processor requiring a transaction reference (e.g. credit card processor or PayPal), that processor's transaction reference is linked only to the abstract Account ID. We hold no financial account credentials.

Information NOT Available

Connection Logs

VPN for Android maintains a strict zero-log policy for network connections. We do not log timestamps, session start/end times, allocated temporary tunnel IPs, or port numbers. Therefore, when provided with an IP address and a timestamp, VPN for Android cannot determine which subscriber was connected to a given gateway.

Activity Logs

VPN for Android does not monitor, inspect, or log user internet activity. We retain zero records of destination URLs, browsing history, DNS queries, or transmitted payload content. Consequently, we are technically incapable of retrieving or reconstructing internet traffic for any past or present session.
