A Warrant Canary is a regularly published statement designed to inform our users that we have not been subjected to secret government subpoenas, gag orders, or National Security Letters that would legally prohibit us from warning our users.

Because some jurisdictions legally prohibit companies from disclosing the receipt of national security letters or secret court orders, a silent removal or absence of this canary will indicate that we have received such a request.

Official Statement of Integrity

As of September 2026, VPN for Android explicitly declares that:

• We have NOT received any National Security Letters (NSLs), secret court orders, or administrative subpoenas.
• We have NOT been served with any warrants or court orders accompanied by a gag order from any court or government agency.
• We have NOT compromised, backdoored, or altered our software, client applications, or server routing tables.
• We have NOT disclosed or been forced to intercept user traffic, encryption keys, or customer account tokens.
• No equipment, servers, or disks across our bare-metal gateway network have been seized or tampered with by any state authority.
